Why did I start doing this?

I have always found joy in expressing myself through art. From a young age, I would spend hours sketching, painting, and creating to explore my imagination. This passion for creativity always followed me through life and could never shake my dream of being an artist. 

 

In 2016 I decided to turn my lifelong hobby into a business.  My first official work was providing a close friend with a welcome sign, seating chart, cigar bar sign, cocktail signs and a guestbook for her own wedding.  That work was noticed at the event and as time passed others began inquiring into my services for their own events.  Over the next six years, I expanded my work to include bridal and baby showers, engagement and retirement parties, corporate events and charity golf tournaments.  I also expanded to the hospitality industry where I painted murals for breweries and restaurants and created eye catching menus and sandwich boards to improve the customer experience.  As my business grew, I invested in an industrial laser engraver/cutter so that my clients had a unique opportunity to create pieces that were custom tailored to their event.

In 2022, and after six years in business in NY my husband and I made the decision to move to sunny Florida to pursue a better quality of life for our family.  While this decision meant leaving all that we had established behind it also meant that our kids would have an opportunity to pursue outdoor activities year-round and skip the northeast winter cold altogether.  The warm weather has been a blessing, and we love Florida.  In the two years since planting new roots, we have been fortunate enough to collaborate with many new clients and vendors and have established our new network in Florida.
